Arbórea and Iberdrola present their innovations in drones inspection

Using this technology allows the condition of wind turbine blades to be assessed “in minutes” and thus extend their useful life.
Yesterday, Iberdrola and Arbórea Intellbird, the Salamanca-based company in which the electricity company has a stake and specialising in drone inspection technology, presented the technological advances and results of the international inspection campaign for wind turbine blades, in which Iberdrola is a “pioneer”.
